Was listed among top 20 seniors at 170 pounds by USA Wrestling Magazine … Was a three-time state placer at the OHSAA Tournament in three different weight classes before the event was canceled in his senior season … Placed in the Division I state tournament as a freshman at 138 pounds after notching four pins in the North Canton District tournament … Placed third at the state tournament as a sophomore at 145 pounds as his only loss at the event came via a two-point decision to the state champion … Won three bouts via pin in the event and also won the Alliance District title in 2018 … Won four matches at the state tournament for a second straight year in 2019, placing fourth at 152 pounds … Went 44-6 as a senior and won his third consecutive Northwest Sectional title with three straight pins … Won state team dual championship, helping Louisville hand St. Paris Graham its first-ever loss in the event’s history … Had two pins and a major decision win, which came when moving up a weight class in the title bout, in the three state dual rounds … Finished his high school career with 185 wins.
