DePaul responded with wins at the top of the lineup and No. 4 singles then, before Kade Mindry posted the clinching point for the Vikings with a 6-3, 6-4 decision at No. 2 singles.

The Vikings carried their momentum into the second match of the day, picking up all four points against Eastern Kentucky in singles play.
