Named to the All-Horizon League First Team after playing the spring season at No. 1 singles…finished with an 18-16 singles record and a 15-11 doubles record on the year…went 4-2 against Horizon League opponents at the top of the lineup…three-time Horizon League Singles Player of the Week…picked up Horizon League Doubles Team of the Week honors with Mikael Erler after going 2-0 in #HLTennis play against IUPUI and UIC…earned an invitation to the prestigious Milwaukee Tennis Classic during the fall campaign, while also appearing at the ITA All-Americans.

2020-21 // FRESHMAN SEASON

Named the Horizon League Freshman of the Year and earned a spot on the All-League Second Team…finished the adjusted campaign with a 17-5 singles record – with the 17 wins tied for the team lead…played the majority of the spring season at No. 3 singles…posted a 7-1 record against league opponents during regular season play…named Horizon League Doubles Team of the Week with Matthew Terry twice…the duo finished the year with an 11-4 record, including a team-best 6-1 mark during regular season league matches.

PRIOR TO CLEVELAND STATE
Captured three international singles titles as a junior; G4 Guatemala, G5 Antigua and G4 Mexico…earned a top-three U18 ranking among Canadian players…finished as a national semifinalist in singles and doubles…reached top-209 ITF ranking.

Born June 10, 2002 in Montreal, Canada…son of Murray Hay and Veronique Mareschal…has two brothers, Felix and Xavier, and one sister, Auxane…plans on majoring in sport management.
