Celia Kline will begin her first season as the Cleveland State women’s basketball graduate manager during the 2019-20 campaign, joining the Vikings following a four-year career at Transylvania University.
Kline will be responsible for a variety of gameday duties, along with assisting in the day-to-day operations of the women’s basketball office.
During her time at Transylvania, Kline was a three-time All-HCAC honoree and helped the Pioneers to a regular season and tournament championship as a senior, followed by a Sweet 16 appearance in the Division III National Championship. During her final campaign, Kline led all Division III players with 101 made three-pointers and ranked second with a .481 clip from behind-the-arc, while she finished her career as the all-time leader in three-pointers made at Transylvania with 297.
Kline was actively involved in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee during her collegiate career, while also taking part in the NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum and NCAA Career in Sports Forum. After also working for the Transylvania Athletic Department, Kline earned the Transylvania Athletics Senior Leadership Award in 2019.
Kline graduated from Transylvania earlier this year with a degree in exercise science.
