CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland State men's tennis team will return to action this weekend, hitting the road for a pair of matches at Purdue (Saturday, March 2) and Notre Dame (Sunday, March 3).
This weekend's matches will kickoff a five-match roadswing for the Vikings.
Cleveland State enters Saturday's match with an 8-3 record on the year, picking up a pair of 6-1 victories over Buffalo and Findlay when they were last in action.
Three Vikings currently have double-digit singles wins on the year, led by Devin Boyer with an 18-5 record. Carl Gedlitschka sits at 16-5, while Nico Jamison has 11 singles wins so far this season.
In doubles, Gedlitschka and JuandeDios Abboud have a team-best 12-6 record, while Boyer and Lincoln Battle have a team-best 6-3 mark this spring.
Cleveland State will be playing away from home for the next three weeks, not returning to the Medical Mutual Pavilion until late March.
