Mindry & Teichmann Pick Up #HLTennis Doubles Team of the Week Honors

INDIANAPOLS, Ind. – For the second time this season the Cleveland State duo of Kade Mindry and Raul Teichmann has been honored by the Horizon League, as the tandem has been named the #HLTennis Doubles Team of the Week. Mindry and Teichmann are the first two-time winners of the weekly honor so far this season. 

Last time out, Mindry, Teichmann and the Vikings picked up back-to-back wins against Butler and Findlay, improving to 4-3 on the young season. 

Mindry and Teichmann went 1-0 on the weekend, picking up a win at the top of the doubles lineup against Butler. The duo earned a 6-4 victory over Alvaro Huete and Thomas Brennan, the 52nd ranked doubles team in the country. 

For the season, Mindry and Teichmann are 7-5 in doubles play, including a team-best 3-2 record during the spring campaign, with all five matches coming at No. 1 doubles.
