INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Horizon League announced the weekly awards Wednesday, with Cleveland State's top doubles team of Kade Mindry and Raul Teichmann earning #HLTennis Doubles Team of the Week honors.

Last week, the Vikings opened the 2023 spring campaign with a trio of matches against Power Five opponents, including a 5-2 win at Purdue.

Mindry and Teichmann picked up the lone doubles win against Purdue last weekend, earning a 6-4 victory at No. 1 doubles against the Boilermakers.  The duo now has a team-best five doubles wins this season.

Along with Purdue, the Vikings also faced #2 Ohio State and #5 Michigan last weekend, marking one of their toughest stretches in program history to open dual match play.

Mindry, Teichmann and the Vikings will continue the spring campaign at home this weekend, hosting Xavier and St. Bonaventure on Saturday, January 28.
