2020-21 - SENIOR SEASON
Won the 400 IM Horizon League championship with a time of 3:49.80…Finished first in the 500 freestyle prelims before coming in third during the finals at the HL championships (4:24.35)…Came in third in the 200 backstroke at the HL with a time of 1:43.84…Won the 200 backstroke against Notre Dame in a dual meet, touching in 1:50.22.

2019-20 – JUNIOR SEASON
Named Horizon League Co-Male Scholar-Athlete of the Winter Season … Became the first male CSU swimmer to earn that award … Won a pair of individual Horizon League titles … Won the 200 IM in new personal best 1:47.05 for his first HL title (2/20) … Trailed in the 200 IM final with 50 yards to go but came from behind to win by .06 seconds … Became the first Viking man to win a 200 IM league title in 10 years … Won the 400 IM HL title in NCAA B cut time (3:50.53) after shattering 10-year-old school record in prelims (3:50.41) (2/21) … Broke prior school record in event by over 3.5 seconds … Became first Viking to sweep IM events at a league championship in 25 years … Finished fourth in 200 backstroke at league meet in 1:45.06 (2/22) … Had broken school record and posted NCAA B cut time in prelims (1:44.21) … Was one of just three male athletes to score 55+ points at 2020 league meet … Swam second leg on CSU’s runner-up 800 free relay at league meet, posting team-best split of 1:36.94 (2/19) … Finished fourth in 500 freestyle at National Invitational Championship (4:27.08) after posting new personal best in prelims (4:26.88) (3/12) … Posted new career best in 100 back (48.78) with his lead relay leg at NIC (3/12) … Tallied new personal best in 200 freestyle with lead relay split at Magnus Cup (1:40.40) (11/23) … Won both 200 IM and 400 IM at Magnus Cup … Won seven dual meet races on the season … Swam in six traditional events, adding 200 free and 100 back, while competing in all 10 regular-season meets … Named Academic All-Horizon League for second straight season.

2018-19 – SOPHOMORE SEASON
Had a pair of top-three individual finishes at Horizon League Championships … Finished second in 400 IM at league meet after resetting career best in prelims (3:54.93) … Placed third in 200 back at league meet after resetting career best in prelims (1:46.58) … Also finished 10th in 100 back at HL meet … Placed among top 20 in three individual events at National Invitational Championship … Finished 10th in 400 IM at NIC … Set new career best in 200 IM at NIC (1:50.43) … Also set new career bests at NIC with his lead relay legs—50 free (22.24), 100 free (46.42) and 100 back (49.74) … Set new career best at NIC in 200 free time trial (1:40.46) … Reset 500 free career best time in dual vs. Oakland (4:37.90) … Notched four top-eight finishes at Magnus Cup … Won three dual meet races on season … Named Academic All-Horizon League.

2017-18 – FRESHMAN SEASON
Posted a pair of top-five finishes in his rookie season at the HL Championships … Scored in all three of his individual events at League meet, all of which came in career-best times … Took fourth in 400 IM in 3:57.47 … Was the only freshman among the top eight in 400 IM … Placed fifth in the 200 backstroke at League meet in 1:47.65 … Also placed 13th in 200 IM in 1:51.89 … Bettered his seed in all three events at HL meet … Won the 400 IM in quad dual with three HL teams in mid January … Finished third in 400 IM at Magnus Cup and also placed among top 10 in two other events … Posted a season-best 50 backstroke relay split in a dual at Oakland (24.50 seconds) … Swam in seven traditional individual events during season and was second-fastest on team in 200 back and 400 IM.

Pre-CSU
Finished fourth in the Ohio state championships in 100 backstroke (50.88) in senior season … Also was among top 15 in 200 IM (1:54.08) … Broke the meet record in win his sectional in the 100 backstroke in senior season … Was a state qualifier in his junior year in the 200 IM … Owned career top times of 1:52.79 (200 IM) and 50.69 (100 back) … Regarded as one of the top 40 Ohio recruits in his class by CollegeSwimming.
