Omari Westley
• Scored a season-high 20 points, his sixth career 20 point game. It was also his seventh straight game and the 10th time in 11 games that
he has scored 10 or more points this year.
• Led the Vikings in scoring for the fourth straight game and for the fifth time in six games. He did not lead CSU in any of the first 5 games.
Raheem Moss
• Broke out of a mild shooting slump to go four-of-eight from three-point to score 16 points.
• Set a career high with six rebounds. His previous best was four against both Norfolk State and Eastern Michigan.
Mike Redell
• Made all 10 of his free throw attempts to score 10 points, his third career double-figure scoring game.
• The freshman guard set a career high with 6 assists, topping the old mark of four set against both North Carolina and Utah Valley State.
• He grabbed five rebounds to equal his career best which was set against both North Carolina and Loyola.
Justin Henderson
• After failing to score in each of the last two games, he scored 10 points for his third double-figure scoring total of the year.
• In six games as a reserve this year, he has scored 54 points, a 9.0 average, In five games as a starter, he averaged 3.0 ppg.
Losing Streaks
• The CSU victory allowed the Vikings to end a number of extended losing streaks including a streak of 25 consecutive losses to Horizon League opponents (counting league tourney games) and 23 straight regular season games against Horizon League opponents. The last Horizon League victory was an 86-76 home win over Youngstown State on Feb. 13, 2003.
Miscellaneous
• The start of the game was delayed 10 minutes because of a problem with the scoreboard control box. The game started without the 35-second shot clock being visible on the court.
• Frashon McGee was inserted into the starting lineup for CSU giving the Vikings their seventh different starting lineup in 11 games this year.
• The Vikings got a big boost from their bench as the reserves scored 35 of CSU's 78 points.
• 12 turnovers by the Vikings was the second-lowest mark on the season.
• The 24-of-28 (85.7 percent) output from the line was the highest mark on the season, as was the 24 total points.
• Cleveland State shot 51.1 from the field, their highest total on the season.
