OAKLAND, Mich. - The Cleveland State cross country team concluded the 2010 season when the Vikings ran at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship on Saturday. CSU placed 31st of 33 teams with 912 points.

The Vikings were just six points behind Valparaiso.

"We didn't run our best today, but that doesn't take away from everything we accomplished this season," head coach Joe Jaketic said. "We were able to achieve some things this year that we haven't accomplished in a long time and that is a tribute to how hard each and every girl worked this fall. We get all but one runner back next year and I look forward to seeing how much more we can improve next season."

Allison Craine led the Vikings with a 161st place finish in 23:46, while Andria Bazilevich was 180th in 24:09 in the 6K race.
