CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team will be back in action at the Sparky Adams Invitational hosted by Baldwin Wallace this weekend, with the two-day event taking place on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20. 

Fans can follow along with LIVE RESULTS. Action will get underway at 11:00 a.m. on Friday with select field events, while action will continue with field events on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and running events at 11:00 a.m.

This weekend's meet will mark the fifth of the outdoor season for the Vikings, and will serve as one of two final tune-ups before the 2024 Horizon League Outdoor Championships (May 3-5).

Last time out, the Vikings had a strong showing at the Cherry Blossom Invite, recording five event wins from Natalie Keller (5000), Ana Crangle (3000SC), Landry Driskel (Discus), and Grace Frye (Hammer & Shot Put). In addition, Cleveland State had seven other top-five finishes on the day.
