Cleveland State Track & Field Returns To Action At Spire Indoor Games

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team will continue its indoor slate this weekend, taking part in the Spire Indoor Games on Saturday, February 10.

Action at the Spire Indoor Games will begin at 9:00 a.m. for running events, while field events are slated to start at 10:00 a.m. Fans can follow along with Live Results

This weekend's meet will be the seventh indoor event of the season for the Vikings, and one of two final tune-ups before the 2024 #HLTF Indoor Championships.

Last time out, Cleveland State recorded 10 top-15 finishes at the Akron Invite, including a fourth place showing from Grace Frye in the Shot Put. In addition, Frye (Weight Throw) and Madelynn Madison (Mile) recorded seventh place finishes, while Ariana Coats placed 10th in the 5000. 

Looking ahead, the Vikings are preparing for the 2024 Horizon League Indoor Championships, which will take place Saturday, February 24 and Sunday, February 25 in Youngstown, Ohio.
