Simply put, Amy Benz is not only one of the top middles in the
Horizon League, but one of the best players. A two-time first team
All-Horizon League selection and one of the most accurate hitters
in the league, she has the ability to terminate points at the net,
while also providing the Vikings with a defensive presence because
of her blocking ability. Now a senior, Benz will be asked to carry
an even bigger role in the offensive scheme and lead CSU's
frontline defense.
