Over the last two seasons, Jordan Bateman has emerged as one of the top defensive players in the Horizon League with her ability to keep points alive when it appears the play is over. She has excellent instincts and tends to be in the correct spot on the floor at all times. A scrappy defensive player, she possesses outstanding ball control and passing abilities and will once again be counted on to anchor the backrow of the Viking defense.
