Cleveland State Volleyball Falls To Harvard

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland State volleyball team continued play at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic CSU Invitational Friday, dropping a three-set decision against Harvard.

Ainslie McLaughlin led the Viking offense with eight kills on a .889 hitting percentage (8-0-9), while Nia Hall posted five kills.

Emma Walker posted 10 total digs on the match to lead the Viking defense, while McLaughlin recorded a team-best five blocks and Madalynn Butler added two block assists.

Karly Klaer recorded 16 assists on the match, while Abby Miller made just her second appearance of the season posting four assists.

The Vikings, who are playing in their first homestand of the 2023 campaign, will close out play at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic CSU Invitational tomorrow, hosting Bucknell at 5:00 p.m.
