The fourth-seeded Vikings will open tournament play with a first round match against No. 5 Milwaukee on Friday, November 18. First serve is slated for 6:00 p.m. from C.J. McLin Gymnasium in Fairborn, Ohio.

Cleveland State enters Friday's first round contest having won four straight matches - and five of its last six - to post a 10-8 regular season mark against league opponents. With a pair of 3-0 sweeps to close regular season play last time out, the Vikings reached 10 #HLVB victories for the 11th time under head coach Chuck Voss.

This will mark the 20th appearance in the #HLVB Tournament for the Vikings during Voss' tenure, and the first since the 2018 campaign. Cleveland State ranks second among current league teams with five Horizon League Tournament titles, with the last championship coming during the 2017 season.

The winner of Friday's first round match will advance to the semifinals on Saturday, November 19, while the 2022 Horizon League Championship match is set for Sunday, November 20.

All three days of the #HLVB Tournament will be hosted by Wright State – the Regular Season Champion – with tickets available for purchase now.
