VIKINGS NOTCH SEASON SWEEP OF YSU & RMU
Last time out, the Vikings began the second half of #HLVB play, picking up a pair of wins against Youngstown State and RMU. With the wins, the Vikings recorded the season sweep over both teams, and improved to 6-6 in Horizon League play. With the 3-1 victory against the Penguins, CSU has now won five straight against YSU, while the Vikings own a perfect 4-0 mark against RMU in league play following a 3-2 victory last time out.

PORTIS NOTCHES CAREER-HIGH AGAINST RMU
Last time out, London Portis tallied a career-high 20 kills against the Colonials, marking the first 20-kill match of the season for the Vikings. In the two matches against YSU and RMU, Portis averaged a team-best 3.67 kills per set, while also posting a .414 hitting percentage on the weekend. For the season, Portis is averaging 2.63 kills per set, and has tallied double-digit kills 10 times.

MCCONIHE LEADING THE VIKING DEFENSE
Junior libero Audrey McConihe continues to lead the Viking defense, entering the week averaging 3.78 digs per set on the season. Through 12 #HLVB matches, McConihe has posted double-digit digs 10 times, including a 21-dig effort against RMU last weekend. In league matches only, McConihe ranks fourth in the #HLVB standings averaging 3.98 digs per set.

MILLER AMONG #HLVB LEADERS

ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM HONORS
Through non-league play Cleveland State had three players earn All-Tournament Team recognition; London Portis (Baltimore Invitational), Audrey McConihe (Eagle Challenge) and Ainslie McLaughlin (Colgate Invitational). All three Vikings were named to an All-Tournament Team for the first time in their collegiate careers.

HEAD COACH CHUCK VOSS
Chuck Voss is in his 22nd season at the helm of the Vikings, and owns a 379-256 (.596) overall record at Cleveland State. Under Voss the Vikings have recorded 17 winning seasons, including a streak of 10 straight from 2009 to 2018. Cleveland State has eclipsed the 20-win mark eight times since Voss took over the program, and has captured Horizon League Tournament titles five times (2007, 2012, 2015, 2016 & 2017) under his guidance. During the 2016 season Voss became the all-time winningest coach in program history, and then later became the only active Horizon League coach to reach the 350-win mark at their current school.

Cleveland State will have one of its busiest stretches of the season, hitting the road for three matches over a four-day span. The Vikings will face Milwaukee (Thursday, November 4), Green Bay (Friday, November 5) and UIC (Sunday, November 7) during this stretch.
