Vikings Pick Up Fifth Straight Win With 3-1 Victory At WSU

FAIRBORN, Ohio – The Cleveland State volleyball team picked up its fifth straight victory Friday evening, posting a 3-1 win at Wright State. With the win, the Vikings now stand at 15-7 overall this season and 8-3 in Horizon League play.

· Sara Skeens led the Viking offense with 18 kills, while Alexis Middlebrooks tallied 13 and Trinniti Hall added 10 kills.
· Gina Kilner posted 48 assists on the match.
· Shannon Grega led three Vikings with double-digit digs, posting 20 on the match, while Rachael Dohar added 12 and Emily DeGeorge posted 10 digs.
· Trinniti Hall recorded a team-high six blocks, with Emily DeGeorge adding five and Alexis Middlebrooks posting four.
· Jordan Verbiak notched two service aces on the match, while Shannon Grega recorded one.
