Cleveland State Track & Field Set For Cedarville Invitational

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team will continue the 2022 outdoor campaign this weekend, participating in the Cedarville Invitational on Saturday, March 26. 

Cleveland State will be one of 26 schools competing, including Horizon League opponent Wright State. 

Fans that are unable to attend will be able to follow along with LIVE RESULTS.

Due to the weather forecast for Saturday, all events will be on a rolling schedule beginning at 10:00 a.m.

This weekend's Cedarville Invitational will be the second of eight scheduled meets for the Vikings during the outdoor campaign, and the final event during the month of March. 

Cleveland State had a solid performance at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite to begin the outdoor season last weekend, posting five top-15 individual finishes. Included in those top-15 finishes was a first-place finish from Margaret Smith in the 400 Meter Open Race, marking her second individual event win of the 2021-22 season.
