Cleveland State Track & Field Set For #HLTF Indoor Championships

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team will close out the indoor campaign this weekend, participating in the 2022 #HLTF Indoor Championships. This year's meet will be hosted by Youngstown State and will run Saturday, February 26 and Sunday, February 27. 

#HLTF CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL

This weekend's meet will mark the seventh and final meet during the indoor campaign. Fans will be able to follow along throughout the day with LIVE VIDEO.

Field events (long jump) will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, with running events beginning at 2:30 p.m. on a rolling schedule. Sunday's running finals will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Through the first six meets of the indoor campaign Cleveland State has posted 14 top-five finishes, including individual event wins from Dynesty Ervin (200) and Margaret Smith (800). 

2021-22 INDOOR SEASON RESULTS | RECORD BOOK

This weekend's #HLTF Indoor Championships will mark the first during the Jason Hudson era, as Hudson took over the reigns of the program back in August. After serving as the head cross country coach since 2018, Hudson was promoted to head coach cross country and track & field prior to the 2021-22 academic year.
