CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State track and field team will return to action at the Tiffin Classic this weekend, with running and field events taking place on Saturday, April 17.

Running events at the Tiffin Classic will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and continue on a rolling schedule, while Pole Vault will start at 12:30 p.m., followed by the Shot Put at 1:30 p.m. and Javelin at 2:30 p.m.

Through the first two meets of the 2021 outdoor campaign the Vikings have posted 14 top-10 individual finishes, including three from Tylar Mixon and Anna Brandt.

2021 OUTDOOR RESULTS BY EVENT | RECORD BOOK 

Entering Saturday's meet, four Vikings have posted nine marks that rank in the top-five in the CSU Record Book, including program bests from Brandt in the 800 Meter Run (2:14.98) and Kamryn Sharer in the Shot Put (11.53).

This weekend's meet will be the third of six outdoor meets for the Vikings this year, including the 2021 Horizon League Outdoor Championships which will be hosted by Youngstown State May 7-9.
