Track & Field Set For Final Tune-Up At Hillsdale 

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team will compete for the final time before this year's Horizon League Indoor Championships this weekend, as the Vikings are set to participate in the Hillsdale Tune-Up on Saturday, February 20.

Last time out, the Vikings recorded six top-five finishes at the Mastodon Invitational, including a first place finish from Dynesty Ervin in the 60 Meter Dash. The Vikings also had a pair of second place finishes from Kaelin Stahl in the Pole Vault and Kamryn Sharer in the Shot Put. 

So far this season, the Vikings have notched three marks that rank in the top-five in the CSU Record Book, with two marks coming from Stahl and Sharer last weekend. Stahl's mark of 3.35 at the Mastodon Invitational is tied for second in the pole vault records, while Sharer's mark of 12.67 from last weekend marked a career and program-best in the shot put.

This weekend's meet marks the fifth of the 2021 indoor season for the Vikings, and the final tune-up before the Horizon League Indoor Championships at the end of the month (February 26-March 1).
