CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland State women's tennis team returned to action Friday, dropping a 5-2 contest against Buffalo.
The Vikings were able to pick up the doubles point against the Bulls, earning wins at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles. Bethany Yauch and Sima Heren posted a 7-5 victory at the top of the lineup, while Ella Franz and Tereze Vevere posted a 6-1 victory at the No. 3 spot.
Oihane Vicario earned Cleveland State's lone singles win on the day, battling for a 3-6, 7-5, 1-0(6) victory at the top of the lineup.
Cleveland State will be back in action tomorrow, hosting Xavier at 1:00 p.m.
