TOLEDO, Ohio – The Cleveland State women's tennis team was back in action Friday, taking part in the Rocket Invite hosted by Toledo.

Cleveland State picked up two singles wins on the day, with Sima Heren earning a 6-2, 6-1 victory and Tereze Vevere earning a 6-4, 6-1 win - with both wins coming against Cornell.

Bethany Yauch and Sima Heren picked up the lone doubles win on Friday, earning a 6-2 victory over a duo from Cornell.

Play at the Rocket Invite will conclude tomorrow, with two rounds of doubles and one round of singles.
