CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State women's tennis team will continue its fall campaign this weekend, taking part in the Rocket Invite on Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28.

Cleveland State will be one of four teams competing in the two-day tournament, joining Cornell, Dayton and the host Rockets.

Last Time out
Cleveland State hosted its seventh annual Viking Invitational, with Oihane Vicario claiming the Singles Title after going 3-0 on the weekend. The Vikings combined to go 16-5 in singles matches, while also going 12-4 in doubles play on the weekend.  

Vikings In The Stats 
Through two fall tournaments, Oihane Vicario leads the team with a 5-1 singles record, while Sima Heren and Tereze Vevere both own 4-2 marks in singles action. In doubles, Vevere and Ella Franz have a team-high 5-1 record, while Heren and Bethany Yauch sit at 4-3.  

2023 Fall Campaign
This will mark the third of four tournaments during the fall season for the Vikings, with Cleveland State set to close out the fall season at the Bronco Super Challenge in mid November (10-12).
