CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland State women's tennis head coach Frank Polito announced the addition of Hayley Sibbald (Strathmore, Victoria, Australia) for the upcoming 2023-24 campaign, with Sibbald set to join the Vikings next fall with four years of eligibility remaining. 

"We are excited to have Hayley join our team," Poltio said. "She has a big game with a high ceiling, and we are looking forward to working with her and seeing how high she will climb!"

Sibbald will join the Vikings following a prep career in the All Grammar Schools Victoria league. Sibbald was a three-year member of the AGSV/APS Premiers, serving as team captain in 2021 and 2022, and serving as the AGSV captain during 2022. 

In addition, Sibbald was an AGSV Representative for five years, earning school colors for both tennis and contribution to school sport. 

Sibbald will join a Viking roster that returns all eight members from this season.
