INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – For the second time this season the Cleveland State women's tennis team has swept the Horizon League weekly awards, as Oihane Vicario was named the Singles Player of the Week and Bethany Yauch and Sima Heren were named the Doubles Team of the Week. 

Vicario is picking up her second weekly accolade of the season, while Yauch and Heren are also picking up their second weekly honor.

Last time out, the Vikings picked up a 6-1 victory over Dayton, closing out the non-league portion of their schedule with a 9-6 record.

In singles, Vicario led the Vikings at the top of the lineup, earning a 7-6(5), 6-2 victory over the Flyers. With the win, Vicario is now 8-7 this spring, playing all 15 matches at the No. 1 singles spot. 

Yauch and Heren led Cleveland State in doubles, posting a 6-3 win against Dayton at the No. 1 spot to help the Vikings earn the early doubles point. The duo now has a team-best 10-5 overall record this year, including a 9-5 mark at No. 1 doubles this spring.
