INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – After helping Cleveland State to a pair of wins last weekend, the women's tennis duo of Sima Heren and Bethany Yauch has been named the Horizon League Doubles Team of the Week. This marks the second time this season that the Vikings earned Doubles Team of the Week honors, while it's the first time for Heren and Yauch.  

Last time out, the Vikings picked up back-to-back wins at Buffalo (4-3) and St. Bonaventure (7-0), improving to 7-5 on the year.  

Cleveland State earned the doubles points in both matches, including a 2-0 weekend from Heren and Yauch at No. 1 doubles. The duo opened the week with a 6-3 victory at Buffalo, before following that up with a 6-2 win at St. Bonaventure. 

So far this season, Heren and Yauch own a 7-4 record at No. 1 doubles, and have helped the Vikings pick up the early doubles point in 10 of their first 12 matches.
