Cleveland State Women’s Tennis Closes Out Toledo Invitational

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Cleveland State women's tennis team concluded play at the Toledo Invitational Saturday, picking up two singles wins and two doubles wins.

Oihane Vicario and Ella Franz both notched singles wins for the Vikings on Saturday, Vicario with a 6-4, 7-6(2) win against Ioanna Tsardi of Bowling Green and Franz with a 6-4, 6-1 victory against the Falcons' Hannah Neuman.

Vicario and Franz then teamed up to post a 6-1 doubles win against a Bowling Green tandem, while Filippa Frogner and Tereze Vevere notched a 6-3 win against Youngstown State.

Cleveland State will close out its fall campaign in two weeks, when the Vikings compete at the Western Michigan Invitational.
