This weekend's matches will mark the first road matches for the Vikings since early February, as they just closed out a six-match home stand last weekend. During the month of March, the Vikings are scheduled to play four out of their five matches on the road, with Cleveland State's lone home contest during this stretch coming against Niagara on March 23.

Earlier today, freshman Oihane Vicario was named the Horizon League Singles Player of the Week, picking up her third weekly honor of the spring campaign. Last time out, Vicario went 2-0 at the top of the singles lineup, picking up wins against Buffalo and Bowling Green, improving to a team-best 8-4 this spring and 14-9 overall this season.

Through the first six weeks of the spring campaign, Bethany Yauch has also posted an 8-4 singles record, while Yauch owns a team-best 15-8 mark overall this year.

Joining Vicario and Yauch with double-digit singles wins on the year are Tereze Vevere (13-10) and Sima Heren (11-10).

In doubles action, Selma Tounsi and Yauch own a team-best 8-3 record this spring, and have won four straight matches entering Friday's contest at Butler. Heren and Klara Mrcela own a 6-3 mark in doubles play this spring, spending the entire dual match season at the top of the doubles lineup.
