"This was a tough match for us today, and despite the final outcome I thought we competed and fought hard until the very end. We came out a bit slow in doubles, but we were able to refocus and turn it on for singles. I would have liked to see our No. 1 doubles team be able to finish their match, because they were really fighting hard against a tough Xavier team. Now we will have another solid week of practice and prepare for our matches against St. Bonaventure and Niagara next weekend." – head coach Frank Polito
