WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – The Cleveland State women's tennis team continued its spring slate at Buffalo Friday afternoon, dropping a 6-1 match against the Bulls.

· Kateryna Avram picked up the lone singles win for the Vikings on Friday, earning a 1-6, 6-4, 6-4 victory at the No. 4 spot to remain perfect this spring (6-0).
· Despite dropping the doubles point, the CSU duo of Lara Prosenjak and Klara Mrcela earned a 6-2 win at the top of the lineup, improving to a team-best 11-4 on the year.
· Following Friday's match, the Vikings now stand at 4-2 on the young season.

"This was a tough match for us today, but I thought we played really well in a tough environment. We showed a lot of heart and fight today, and if we can keep playing as hard as we did today the sky is the limit for this team. We now have another quick turnaround for our next match, as we will host Big East foe Seton Hall on Sunday." – head coach Frank Polito
