Cleveland State University swimming & diving added Hannah Panko from Walton, Kentucky. Walton swam for Ryle High School and RC Durr YMCA.

Panko was the 2024 Regional Champion in the 100-yard freestyle as a senior. She was the runner-up as a junior and senior in the 100-yard backstroke at Regionals.

"I chose Cleveland State because I really liked the coaches and the team environment. I also liked the wide range of academic opportunities offered to students."

In the classroom, Panko graduated with honors.

Panko is the daughter of Kelly and Dave Panko and will pursue a degree in biology (biomed).
