CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland State University swimming & diving coach Hannah Burandt announced the sixth signee on the women's side for the Class of 2023, Hannah Rachford.

Rachford is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and dove at West Clermont High School. Rachford was twice named ECC Honorable Mention and served as the diving captain.

"I chose Cleveland State because the campus was very pretty, and I enjoyed getting to know the coaches. The program also seemed like a good fit for me."

Outside the pool, Rachford was a member of the Deans List, National Honors Society, and National Technical Honor Society.

Rachford dove for Legacy Diving Cincinnati and was a four-time AAU National qualifier.

Rachford plans to major in criminology when she enrolls and is the daughter of Julie Rachford.
