Rochester, MI-With three weeks left in the regular season, the Cleveland State softball team finds itself right where it wants to be, at the top of the standings. 

The Vikings will take on Oakland in a showdown series pitting the top two teams in the league standings starting this afternoon. 

The series has been adjusted due to weather concerns, with a doubleheader scheduled for today starting at 2:00 p.m. The third game of the series will take place tomorrow with a 3:00 first pitch. 

The Vikings have won four consecutive league series coming into this weekend's action. Cleveland State will have two of its final three series away from home to finish out the regular season. 

Oakland is 8-4 in league play and have won five of the last six Horizon League contests they have played. The Golden Grizzlies hold a 3-2 record at home coming into this weekend's action. 

Today's doubleheader will be broadcast on ESPN+ with first pitch scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
