Cleveland State women's soccer signed Livia Penton from Vermilion, Ohio. Penton played for Vermilion High School and Cleveland Force ECNL.
"I chose Cleveland State because of how welcoming the coaches and players were when I visited campus. The entire time, I felt like this group was special and had a great team culture."
Penton was a four-time All-Conference honoree and a three-time First Team All-District player. In her senior season, she rewrote the record book, finishing as the school's all-time leader in goals (107), assists (46), and most goals in a season (38).
Off the field, Penton was the 2024 Salutatorian and was on the distinguished honor roll all four years.
