Dayton, OH-The Cleveland State men's and women's golf team will compete for the final time in the fall portion of the 2023-24 schedule at the Dayton Flyer Invitational at NCR Country Club. The women will compete on NCR's North Course, while the men will tee it up on the South Course.

Cleveland State makes a return trip to Dayton after both teams competed in the event last fall. The women recorded a sixth-place finish while the men finished in 10th place. This marks the fourth tournament of the fall for each team.

Both tournaments will consist of 54 holes and begin with 9:00 a.m. shotgun starts on Monday. Teams will play 36 holes on day one with the final 18 scheduled for the second day on Tuesday.

The women's team will start on holes 1-5 on the North Course in the opening round. The course will play to a par of 70 and measure 5,940 yards for the tournament. Cleveland State is joined in the field by ten other teams, including fellow Horizon League foes IUPUI and Northern Kentucky.

Mandie Ruminski is set to anchor the Viking lineup as she looks to continue her streak of three consecutive top-20 finishes this fall. Ruminski is joined in the lineup by Brynna Mardis, Olivia Swain, Kaitlin Kormuth and Lola Barnett. Abby Blackburn and Kaylin Kline will compete as individuals.

The men's team will start on the back nine of NCR's South Course on holes 10-15 in the opening round. The South Course will play to a par of 71 and measure 7,006 yards for the tournament. The South Course has hosted multiple USGA championships and has been ranked in the top 100 in Golfweek Magazine's list of America's greatest classic courses. The men's field consists of 13 teams.

Andrew Kaye will play from the top spot in the men's lineup. He is joined by Brody Simms, Mason Frazier, Dillon Pendergast and Dominik Cosic. Ben Scheeff will tee it up as an individual. The Vikings are looking to build off of a T-5 team finish in the Tom Tontimonia Invitational hosted by CSU in early October.

Live scoring will be available on Golf Genius for both events.
