Cleveland State Women’s Golf Set To Open 2022 Fall Campaign

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State women's golf team will open its 2022 fall slate this week, participating in the Roseann Schwartz Invitational hosted by Youngstown State.

The 36-hole event will take place on Monday, September 12 and Tuesday, September 13 at the Mill Creek Golf Course (North Course). Round One will start with tee times beginning at 7:51 a.m. on Monday, while Round Two will be a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start on Tuesday.

Cleveland State will be one of 10 teams in the field this weekend, including Horizon League opponents Detroit Mercy and the host Penguins.

The Vikings' lineup for the first weekend of the fall schedule will be; Sabrina Coffman, Lexi Knight, Olivia Swain, Abby Blackburn, and Kaylin Kline, while Brynna Mardis and Amanda Ruminski will be competing as individuals.

This weekend's Roseann Schwartz Invitational will be the first of four tournaments this fall, as the Vikings will also compete in the Cardinal Classic (September 19-20), Rocket Classic Invitational (October 10-11) and Dayton Flyer Invitational (October 17-18).
