Vikings Head to Indianapolis for Lady Jaguar Invitational

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland State women's golf team will compete on Monday and Tuesday at the Lady Jaguar Invitational hosted by IUPUI.

The Vikings will be one of five teams competing in the two-day, 36-hole tournament at Plum Creek (Carmel, Ind.). The Invitational will be single rounds, with 18 holes played on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday.

THE LAST TIME OUT (COLONEL CLASSIC)

  • The Green and White finished the two-day tournament with a final score of 311-304-306, 921 (+57)
  • Kaylee Neumeister recorded her second straight top 15 finish, with an overall score of 75-73-75, 223 (+7). In two tournaments thus far, the senior is leading the Vikes in scoring averaging 75.1 on the season.
  • Madison Butler saw a two-stroke improvement from the first day to the second, finishing T38 with an overall score of 231
  • Lexi Knght and Ashley Knight finished tied for 45th and 50th, respectively.
