CSU Opens Play With 36 Holes at Rocket Classic

CATAWBA ISLAND, Ohio - Cleveland State opened play at the Toledo Rocket Classic with rounds of 331 and 328 and is in 12th place after the opening day at the par-72, 5,929-yard Catawba Island Club.

Sophomore Allyson Hackman and senior Shelly Ford both fired rounds of 76 in the afternoon. Hackman is tied for 23rd place overall at 157 (81-76), while Ford is tied for 29th place, two shots back at 159 (83-76).

The final round of the event will be played on Tuesday morning with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
