Monday's game is set for a 2:00 p.m. tip at Calihan Hall, and is a make-up contest from the originally scheduled game that was postponed due to COVID-19 implications earlier this season.

Last time out, the Vikings improved to 2-0 on their final road swing of regular season play, picking up a 74-70 victory against the Titans on Saturday. Saturday's win followed an 85-65 victory over Oakland that Cleveland State notched on Thursday, moving the Vikings into fourth place in the #HLWBB standings.

Entering Monday's game, Destiny Leo continues to lead the league averaging 18.7 points per game, and has notched 20+ point performances in the last two games. Leo opened the weekend with 24 points at Oakland and followed that up with 22 points at Detroit Mercy, and has now tallied nine 20-point games this season.

Isabella Geraci and Gabriella Smith also posted double-digit points against the Titans last time out, both finishing with 12 points on the game. This marked the second straight 10+ point game for Smith, while it was the fourth double-digit game of the season for Geraci. Saturday's game at Detroit Mercy marked the 99th career appearance for Geraci, as her next game as a Viking will make her the third current CSU player to appear in 100 games at CSU.

As a team, the Vikings outrebounded UDM 39-36 on Saturday, marking the 15th time this season that CSU has outrebounded its opponent. Cleveland State currently leads the league averaging 41.3 rebounds per game, while Amele Ngwafang is CSU's highest ranked individual, sitting sixth with 7.4 boards per game.

Last time out, Ngwafang posted her fifth double-digit rebounding effort of the season, grabbing 13 boards against the Titans. All five of Ngwafang's double-digit rebounding performances have come over the last six games, as she is averaging 11.0 boards per game during this stretch.

In addition to leading the league in rebounding, the Vikings also sit at the top of the league standings in scoring (71.5), blocked shots (4.14) and steals (9.29) heading into Monday's game.

Following Saturday's game, Detroit Mercy now stands at 1-25 overall this season and 1-18 in Horizon League play. After their game against Cleveland State on Monday, the Titans will close out regular season play at Wright State and Northern Kentucky next weekend.

With just three games left in regular season play, the Vikings are in the mix to host an #HLWBB First Round or Quarterfinal game, with first round contests being played on Tuesday, March 1 and quarterfinal action taking place on Thursday, March 3.
