SETTING THE SCENE
The Cleveland State women's basketball team will continue its four-game roadswing on Thursday, February 9, traveling to Green Bay for an 8:00 p.m. EST contest. The Vikings enter Thursday's game on a mini two-game winstreak, and stand at 12-11 overall this season and 7-5 against Horizon League opponents. Green Bay enters the contest with a 19-4 overall record and a 10-2 mark in league play.

A WIN THURSDAY WOULD…
Give the Vikings three straight wins for the second time this season…Keep Cleveland State perfect during the month of February (3-0)…Mark Cleveland State's first victory over Green Bay since the 2009-10 season…Improve the Vikings to 8-5 in Horizon League play. 

THE CLEVELAND STATE/GREEN BAY SERIES
This will be the 66th meeting between the two teams, with Green Bay owning a 60-5 advantage in the overall series. Cleveland State's last victory over the Phoenix came during the 2009-10 season, when the Vikings upset Green Bay in overtime in the Horizon League Semifinals, 83-75. 

SCOUTING THE PHOENIX
Green Bay enters Thursday's contest with a 19-4 overall record and a 10-2 mark against Horizon League opponents…After winning 10 straight games to begin league play, the Phoenix dropped back-to-back contests last weekend, falling at Oakland and Detroit to slip to second place in the league standings…As a team, Green Bay has the league's best scoring defense, holding teams to an average of 50.8 points per game, while they outscore their opponents by an average of 18.7 points…Green Bay is also one of the most efficient teams in the league, owning a .464 field goal percentage and a .349 three-point field goal clip.

LAST TIME OUT…
The Vikings picked up their second straight victory with a 66-62 win at Valparaiso, marking the season sweep of the Crusaders. The Vikings got 42 of their 66 points from the duo of Khayla Livingston (22 pts) and Olivia Voskuhl (20 pts), while Voskuhl also grabbed a team-high 13 rebounds for her first double-double of the season. 

VIKINGS ON THE ROAD
Thursday's contest at Green Bay will mark the third game of a four-game roadswing for the Vikings – their final roadtrip during Horizon League regular season play. Cleveland State will also travel to UIC (W, 63-59), Valparaiso (W, 66-62), and Milwaukee (Feb. 11) during this stretch. During the month of February, the Vikings will split time at home and on the road, playing four games away from the Wolstein Center before returning home for four straight games to close out their regular season slate.

VOSKUHL HAS CAREER GAME AT VALPARAISO
Olivia Voskuhl had a career game at Valparaiso last time out, notching career-highs with 20 points and 13 rebounds. Voskuhl, who played 35 minutes against the Crusaders, went 8-for-14 from the field including a pair of three-pointers. The 20-point & 13-rebound effort at Valparaiso marked the first double-double of the season for Voskuhl and the third of her career. Over the first 12 Horizon League contests, Voskuhl is averaging 10.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.

LIVINGSTON NOTCHES ANOTHER 20-POINT PERFORMANCE
Khayla Livingston also finished the Valparaiso game with a 20-point performance, posting a team-high 22 points in the victory. This marked Livingston's second straight 20-point game, and the fifth against Horizon League opponents this season. Over the last four games Livingston has been a crucial part of Cleveland State's lineup, playing 156 minutes out of a possible 160. During this stretch, Livingston is averaging 21.0 points per game and has handed out 19 total assists.

...LIVINGSTON REACHES 800-POINT MARK
With her 22-point performance at Valparaiso last time out, Khayla Livingston eclipsed the 800-point mark for her career, finishing the game with 817 career points. Livingston, who has been one of Cleveland State's top offensive threats this season, currently ranks seventh on the league scoring chart averaging 15.1 points per game. Livingston is the second current Viking to reach the 800-point mark on their careers, and is now just 33 points shy of recording 850 career points.

BOSLEY ON CSU CAREER BLOCKED SHOTS LIST
Entering Thursday's game at Green Bay, junior Shadae Bosley ranks eighth in the CSU Career Record book with 75 blocked shots. Bosley, who is one of just eight Vikings to record 75 career blocked shots, has tallied 29 total blocks this season and ranks second in the Horizon League averaging 1.4 blocks per game. Bosley enters Thursday's game six blocks shy of moving into seventh place on the list.

…VOSKUHL CLOSING IN ON 50 CAREER BLOCKED SHOTS
Entering Thursday's contest against the Crusaders, Olivia Voskuhl is closing in on becoming the seventh player under head coach Kate Peterson Abiad to record 50 blocked shots, entering the game with 47 career blocks. Voskuhl, who has 16 total blocks this season, ranks 11th among Horizon League players averaging 0.7 blocks per contest, and has notched four blocked shots over the last five games.

ABSHAW ON THE SCORING CHARTS
Redshirt sophomore Ashanti Abshaw continues to increase her career scoring mark, entering Thursday's game at Green Bay with 933 career points. Abshaw has recorded double-digit points in all but two games this season, and has tallied nine 20-point games. For the season, Abshaw has 414 total points - one of four league players to reach the 400-point mark - and is on track to become one of the fastest Cleveland State players to reach the 1,000-point milestone. 

ABSHAW IN THE STARTING LINEUP
Redshirt sophomore Ashanti Abshaw is the only Viking to be a part of the starting five during every game this season, and marked her 52nd consecutive start for the Vikings against Valparaiso last time out. Abshaw, who played just six games as a freshman before tearing her ACL, returned to start all 29 games as a redshirt freshman and has started all 23 games this year. Abshaw's 52 career starts leads all current Vikings.

LIVINGSTON IN HORIZON LEAGUE PLAY
Over the first 12 Horizon League contests of the season Khayla Livingston has really stepped up her offensive performance, averaging a team-best 18.4 points per game against league opponents, compared to her 11.2 point per game average that she had during non-league play. Livingston, who enters Thursday's game as one of just two current Vikings to have 800+ points on their careers, has tallied double-digit points in all but one league game this season, including five 20-point performances against Valparaiso (20 pts), @ Oakland (28 pts), Milwaukee (20 pts), @ UIC (24 pts), and @ Valparaiso (22 pts).
