Vikings Fall To Wright State To Wrap Up First Round Of League Play

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State women's basketball team wrapped up the first half of Horizon League play Saturday afternoon, falling to the Wright State Raiders, 93-65. The Vikings currently stand at 4-15 overall this season and 1-8 in league play.

· Ashanti Abshaw was just shy of a double-double, posting a team-high 18 points along with a team-best nine rebounds.
· Brooke Smith also notched double-digit points for the Vikings, finishing with 12 points.
· Olivia Voskuhl (9 points), Nicolete Newman (8), and Khayla Livingston (7) were just shy of the double-digit mark.
· As a team, Cleveland State had one of its best performances from the free throw line, as the Vikings were 13-for-16.
