CLEVELAND, Ohio – Following his MAC victory on Friday, redshirt junior, Daniel Bucknavich has been named East Division MAC Wrestler of the Week. This is the second weekly honor for the Vikings this season and the first in Bucknavich's career.

The Grafton, Ohio, native put the final touches on the Cleveland State 38-6 victory over Edinboro on Alumni and Senior Night. The No. 20 ranked wrestler won his 285-pound match by a 13-0 major decision over Nick Lodato. On the year, Bucknavich is 17-2 overall, 9-1 in duals, and a perfect 4-0 in conference matches. He also has four falls on the year.

Bucknavich and Cleveland State hit the road for three straight matches, starting with Lock Haven on Friday at 7 p.m. and then Bloomsburg the next afternoon at 1 p.m.
