2019-20 - REDSHIRT SENIOR SEASON
Placed seventh at the Mid-American Conference Championships at 133 pounds (3/8) … Was team’s starter at 133 all season … Posted a 19-13 mark on the year, including a 9-6 record in dual action … Won five MAC duals on season … Tallied seven bonus-point victories … Won Ohio Intercollegiate Open after defeating a Big Ten foe in championship bout (11/10) … Beat three MAC foes to help place fourth at Clarion Open (11/3) … Beat eventual MAC champion Tim Rooney, a top-20 national foe, in dual at Kent State (2/1) … His win over Rooney came courtesy of a takedown in the final five seconds and helped CSU rally for a team win … Scored in final seconds the following day to defeat Central Michigan opponent, 11-10, in dual (2/2) … Won third straight bout in final seconds when he tallied takedown against Northern Illinois foe in home dual (2/7) … Won two bouts in quad dual at VMI (1/10) … Was one of two Vikings to start every dual during season.
