Competed for Cumberland University... recorded three pins at The Citadel Open at 141 pounds... took first place at the Patriot Open at 141.

Earned 4th at state as a sophomore... was a state champion as a junior and senior... finished 5th and 6th at USA Wrestling Junior Freestyle Nationals... champion at USA Wrestling Preseason Nationals... high school team won two state titles.
