After posting a pair of singles wins and aiding in two doubles victories, Cleveland State senior Eric Winn has been named the Horizon League's men's tennis player of the week, the league announced on Monday.

Winn scored wins at No. 1 singles in the Vikings' 7-0 victory over Illinois-Wesleyan and 4-3 win over Rhode Island. He and teammate Paul Haley teamed up at No. 1 doubles against Illinois-Wesleyan for an 8-4 win, while Winn and Jay Tee notched an 8-3 win at No. 1 over Rhode Island.

Winn's singles win against Rhode Island sealed the team victory for the Vikings, as the Austin, Texas native claimed a 6-0, 6-3 win over Robert Sutphen.

Cleveland State wraps up its Florida trip in Altamonte Springs, Fla. with a 12:00 p.m. match with Knox College on Wednesday (March 16).
