FAIRBORN, Ohio - The Cleveland State men's tennis team stayed perfect in league play and extended its streak of consecutive wins against Horizon League opponents to 30 straight with a 5-2 win at Wright State on Saturday.

The win improves the Vikings to 11-7 overall and 5-0 in league play.

"This was a great team win for us today," head coach Brian Etzkin said. "We were able to get the doubles point and I thought that was key for us because we carried over momentum to singles."

John Haley and Rob Fox teamed for a 9-7 win at No. 1 doubles, while Matt Ford and Matt Kuelker won at No. 3 doubles, 8-6.

Fox went on to win 6-3, 6-3, at No. 2 singles, his team-leading 20th win of the season, allowing him to become just the second player in school history to win at least 20 matches in four straight seasons.

Kuelker (No. 3), Chris Klepatz (No. 4) and Haley at No. 5 singles also won.

CSU is back in action on Sunday when the Vikings play at Butler at 10:00 a.m.
