CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland State improved its record to 7-3 as it handed Dayton a 7-0 shutout Saturday afternoon.

The Vikings turned in an impressive doubles performance, sweeping all three matches. Phil Orno and Ryan Hamning remain undefeated at the No. 1 spot with a perfect 9-0 record.

Orno dropped his second set before eventually defeating Michael Rohana at first singles as he improved his record to 9-1. The Vikings won in straight sets in the remaining spots of the lineup.

"I thought the guys were extremely focused at every position against Dayton," said CSU assistant coach Jay Tee. "Things are starting to come together for us in doubles, and we are playing some of our best tennis so far."
