CLEVELAND, Ohio - Although the Vikings won the doubles point, they could not keep the momentum within the match, falling to Toledo, 4-3. It marked CSU's first loss in six matches. The loss moves the Vikings to 6-3 on the season.

Sophomores Ryan Hamning and Phil Orno won their No. 1 doubles match of the day, defeating Jared Miller and Nutthavit Likitkumchorn, 8-5. Senior Brad Groleski and junior Steven Wipprecht won at No. 3 doubles to clinch the doubles point.

Orno and freshman Robert Fox won their singles matches. Orno, who has won six straight, defeated Jared Miller, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4) at No. 1 singles. Fox won 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 over Jay Miller at No. 6 singles.

"We won the doubles point and held the lead in those two matches, but could not keep the momentum going throughout the remainder of the match," head coach Brian Etzkin said. "Toledo won four tie-breaks to our two and that was the difference maker."
